New York City, March 18, 2021 “Dreams are closer than you think”, uplifting words coming from our girl boss, Natalie Peters. A former strategic partnerships manager at a software company, now pursuing her dream to empower women to be that ambitious female leader they are. As the youngest worker at her job, Natalie noticed a lack of opportunity and growth as a young woman. She also noticed that many of her friends were struggling to find a job post-graduation. Wanting to minimize this gap, she created The Sky Society Podcast.

The Sky Society's mission is to amplify the voice of diverse women, inspire women to build a career that they love, and normalize a nonlinear career path. Peters states, “you should not be defined by what you do but instead by what you dream. I want listeners to know that they can marry what they want to do, and what they're passionate about”.
